• Standard processing & delivery time: 3-7 business days in Switzerland, 7-15 business days in Europe.

• Pick up in the studio is possible by appointment.

• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

• We only accept returns that have not been worn.

• Returns are refunded in a form of a gift card. Meaning, no cash back.
